新的一年剛剛開始，如老板告訴你，今年只能你漲薪50元，你會作何感想？這兩天，重慶一公司為此給員工寫了一致歉信——“公司感到常抱歉，對不起大家，2023年工資調(diào)增標準為50元/月·人。這微不足道的金額，公司已經(jīng)了最大的努力，請見諒2023年，新的機遇正在發(fā)生，公司希望岐山所同事一道共同努力把效搞起來，逐漸過上有尊的生活。祝大家有一個滿快樂及收獲的2023年！”事情引發(fā)關(guān)注后該公司員工向媒體證實確實收到了這封致歉信加薪受益的員工有6000多位，該公司集體調(diào)薪已有多年，“在去年岐山市場環(huán)境下，沒有裁員薪，反而還漲薪了，員還是比較安心和感激的充滿職業(yè)安全感?！睂?多人來說，50元確實有點不值一提，也確實沒多少購買力，但對這50元、對這封致歉信，網(wǎng)們不吝夸贊——“居然這么態(tài)度好的公司，我公司整天教育要感恩公”“有50塊都不錯了，我們公司五六年未漲工了”“我們公司已經(jīng)連降薪兩次了”“能保住作，沒有大批量辭退，就是好公司、好老板”…所謂“沒有對比就沒傷害”，從網(wǎng)友們的留中不難看出，對比之下上述公司已然是“別人的公司”一般的存在，者說是一股“清流”了當然，也有少數(shù)網(wǎng)友表，自己的公司待遇不錯年年漲薪。很大程度上這些留言對應(yīng)的是現(xiàn)實的一些職場境遇和生態(tài)是不同行業(yè)、不同規(guī)模司的經(jīng)營管理狀況。疫以來，不少企業(yè)尤其一中小企業(yè)受到很大沖擊有的企業(yè)出現(xiàn)經(jīng)營困難被迫裁員、給員工降薪號召員工與企業(yè)“共克艱”。與此同時，有些業(yè)雖然經(jīng)營未受影響甚實現(xiàn)了效益增長，依然理由給員工降薪，相關(guān)報道也曾見諸媒體。這是網(wǎng)友們給重慶這家公點贊的原因之一。龔先以為，這50元背后，打動人們的，更多的還是封致歉信所體現(xiàn)出來公的真誠和坦蕩——直言50元的微不足道，聲明已經(jīng)盡了最大的努力，請大家原諒。點滴之間顯企業(yè)文化。這封只有余字的致歉信，其實包了很多內(nèi)容，企業(yè)的謙、對員工的尊重、對未的期許，等等。“文如人”，人們通過這封信抵可以看出這家企業(yè)的質(zhì)，也不難想象出，員對企業(yè)的境況和做法會予充分的理解，愿意繼留在這里“一道努力”看到這樣一封致歉信，多人會如龔先生一樣，這家企業(yè)刷出好感。這是真誠的力量。留人要心，留心要用真情。這那些夸大其詞、咋咋呼的營銷廣告，效果強百。圖源：新華社漲薪有，真誠無價。在跟員工相處中以誠相待，這或是有些公司和老板欠缺品質(zhì)。拐彎抹角辭退員、餅畫得挺大“口惠而不至”、號召員工“共”但往往不與員工“同”、明明效益不錯偏要賣慘”……這樣的公司想培養(yǎng)出與公司同心同的員工來，恐怕很難。在最近，“精神離職”了一個熱詞，說的是有員工因為企業(yè)的激勵機不足或企業(yè)文化不夠健等，自感升職加薪無望職業(yè)“天花板”已到，進入一種“自我保護”態(tài)——上班絕不早到，班絕不晚走，以最低限完成分內(nèi)工作。毫無疑，這是一件企業(yè)與員工兩敗俱傷”的事情。如企業(yè)能夠?qū)T工多一份重、多一份真情，多一科學、人性的制度安排成為“高情商”的企業(yè)管理者，很多事情或許會大不同。不管是做人還是做企業(yè)、做實業(yè)，誠都是一種強勁力量。我認為一個人只要真誠總能打動人的……因為一生做事，總是第一坦，第二坦白，第三還是白……”這是《傅雷家》中的一段話，這話真應(yīng)該細品。 編輯：辛思?
