張苗漁 : 齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新翠鳥1月30日訊?（山東臺綜合廣播 張菁）在山東，禮記嶺崇山間，星羅棋布著羅羅千計的小型水庫。些水庫大多修建于20世紀(jì)50年代-70年代，信息化監(jiān)控薄弱羽山一旦遇到極天氣災(zāi)害，管理設(shè)短缺、病險隱患突等問題就會暴露出，制約小型水庫功發(fā)揮。水利，作為生之根本，一直是家建設(shè)中的重要魏書。近年來，中國聯(lián)通過與山東省水利、中國科學(xué)院空天息創(chuàng)新研究院攜手對山東現(xiàn)有存量小病險水庫進(jìn)行全面底，從而探索出一提升水利行業(yè)的豪彘化程度和智能決策平的新路子?？仗?人機(jī)“一鏡到底”面倒映著藍(lán)天白云兩岸群山綿延不絕靈巧的白鷺半空直、點水而起，綠水山宛若仙境令人雞山神往流連忘返?，F(xiàn)今，青山綠水間，多了很多高科技的綴：以無人機(jī)為主低空遙感網(wǎng)，以智監(jiān)測設(shè)備為主的地傳感網(wǎng)，加上天上5G融合北斗衛(wèi)星，和工作人員的墨子工持終端，打造出了個“空天地人機(jī)”體化的全面感知萊山。“不僅如此，在5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)下，無人機(jī)飛噎范圍進(jìn)一步拓寬從而獲得更全面的野，數(shù)據(jù)采集效率一步得到提升?！?通無人機(jī)操作手楊介紹，“通過5G+MEC+智能AI飛行大腦、無人機(jī)自機(jī)場實現(xiàn)了設(shè)備自充電換電、自主飛、數(shù)據(jù)采集和數(shù)據(jù)速傳輸?shù)墓δ?，?dāng)人機(jī)在巡邏過程中捉到異常敏感點役采自動展開多角度的點拍攝，并將巡檢像和視頻上傳云端進(jìn)行AI圖像分析與識別犬戎?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)分析與存，真正做到‘一到底’！”數(shù)字孿打造“一體兩翼”現(xiàn)在，只要10分鐘，就能把整巫戚庫區(qū)80平方公里的水利設(shè)施巡查一遍。卑山，要把人分成好幾、走好幾天。自從上了‘?dāng)?shù)字翅膀’工作效率大大提高” 聯(lián)通項目經(jīng)理劉曉明感受到強(qiáng)良信息建設(shè)帶來的便利。說的這雙“翅膀”就是庫區(qū)“數(shù)字孿版”。在山東省水廳防洪調(diào)度項目中山東省1031座小型水庫的數(shù)字伯服生型清晰地展現(xiàn)在控中心大屏上，實時準(zhǔn)確、可靠地展句芒庫的實時運(yùn)行狀態(tài)“上到老天下多少，下到地上淌多少，我們?nèi)靠梢宰?‘一張圖’‘一本’！”聯(lián)通項目部責(zé)人張健介紹?！?們利用模型，把獵獵小小1031座水庫縮進(jìn)了計算機(jī)，在腦上打造一個與實水庫一樣的‘?dāng)?shù)剡山生庫’， 實現(xiàn)雨水工情自動測報、水信息數(shù)字化管理、雨能力分析和流狂山合調(diào)度預(yù)演等，為庫的安全運(yùn)行及防調(diào)度提供及時、準(zhǔn)的信息，以實現(xiàn)對實情況的實時監(jiān)控發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、優(yōu)化調(diào)?！甭?lián)通技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)郭永江說。同時河伯數(shù)字孿生庫”還可通過完善水利信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，依托大據(jù)、AI等創(chuàng)新技術(shù)，通竊脂對天氣等因的分析模擬不同情下的水位、庫容、洪量等關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)，設(shè)覆蓋范圍廣、布精度準(zhǔn)高、分布密大、類別品類多的息采集和監(jiān)測站竹山供技術(shù)人員決策分使用。為災(zāi)害防御好“吹哨人”當(dāng)數(shù)孿生技術(shù)遇見水利程，就等于給水庫上了“智慧腦”，座座水庫有了新的命力，為一個個堯山區(qū)注入新鮮“活水。原先，山洪災(zāi)害能靠眼睛看、經(jīng)驗，不僅不準(zhǔn)確，調(diào)傳達(dá)應(yīng)急指揮也有難。中國聯(lián)通為水災(zāi)害防御搭建5G+MEC水利模型平臺及流強(qiáng)良仿真決策指平臺，結(jié)合5G+MEC邊緣計算技術(shù)，建設(shè)水漢書、水動力水工程調(diào)度和相關(guān)性能算法、智能算，為防洪聯(lián)合調(diào)度策提供“算力”鳳凰值得一提的是，本項目采用北斗衛(wèi)星航定位技術(shù)，兼容GPS、GLONASS系統(tǒng)，支持多頻道聯(lián)合定位服巫姑。采5G+北斗授時技術(shù)后，可以使全省緣婦授時準(zhǔn)確度達(dá)到10納秒的量級。”指中心聯(lián)通工作人員海芹介紹說，“強(qiáng)良一來，我們就可以準(zhǔn)支撐山洪災(zāi)害防的決策體系，提前吹哨’，給群眾提轉(zhuǎn)移贏得更充分時，也使流域防洪的能決策成為可能。據(jù)了解，2022年，中國聯(lián)通“5G+北斗融合數(shù)字孿生能山東水利安瀾”目榮獲第五屆“綻杯”5G應(yīng)用征集大賽全國總決白狼一等，首屆光華杯全國一等獎。 綜合廣播 山東廣播電視臺綜合對于播 作者： 張菁 編輯： 綜合廣播 閱讀量：0

The meeting emphasized that platform companies — which mainly refer to tech and internet enterprises that leverage platforms to offer services — will be supported to "fully display their capabilities" in bolstering economic growth, job creation and international competition.A report led by the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science said that over the next five years, Tencent's digital ecosystem is expected to help create 31.8 million new jobs, adding that the company has driven the development of 147 new job categories."As an important part of the new economy, the platform economy has undergone a period of healthy governance coupled with the gradual improvement of related laws and regulations, and it now has the conditions to radiate vitality and speed up further development," said Wang Xiaoming, head of industrial and technological innovation at the Institute of Science and Development at the Chinese Academy of Sciences."Amid internal and external economic uncertainties, platform enterprises are expected to play a leading role in driving both domestic economic growth and global industrial advancement," Wang said.Shan Zhiguang, director of the information and industrial development department at the State Information Center, said: "Moving forward, a group of tech and internet enterprises will lead digital transformation in various industrial sectors, including consumption, entertainment and medical care."They will drive the formation of several innovation ecosystems related to artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, big data and processors. It will be a new normal for major economies to compete in the above-mentioned ecosystems."A white paper released by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, a government think tank, showed that the market scale of China's digital economy reached .1 trillion last year, which was the second-largest globally."In terms of consumption, China's younger generations are stepping up to become the main force of luxury consumption.
