張營(yíng) : 原標(biāo)題：四川預(yù)期今年GDP增長(zhǎng)6%，確保經(jīng)濟(jì)總量突破6萬(wàn)億來(lái)源：第一財(cái)經(jīng)去年經(jīng)歷了咸鳥(niǎo)種困疊加考驗(yàn)的四川，今年將經(jīng)濟(jì)增預(yù)期目標(biāo)確定在6%左右，并提出未來(lái)5年經(jīng)濟(jì)總量要突破8萬(wàn)億。1月11日上午，四川省第十四屆人民代表大會(huì)第一次會(huì)英山開(kāi)幕。川省省長(zhǎng)黃強(qiáng)代表四川省政府向會(huì)報(bào)告工作。黃強(qiáng)表示，剛過(guò)去2022年，是本屆政府五年中經(jīng)受考驗(yàn)最多、挑戰(zhàn)最大的一?魚(yú)。對(duì)多重困難疊加、多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交多寓多條戰(zhàn)線(xiàn)作戰(zhàn)的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)，全省濟(jì)運(yùn)行走出一條震蕩下行到快速升的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)曲線(xiàn)。通過(guò)艱苦努力，住了全省經(jīng)濟(jì)大盤(pán)，經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行總與全國(guó)一致。報(bào)告沒(méi)有發(fā)布四川2022年具體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)。2023年，四川省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展主要預(yù)期老子標(biāo)是：地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值增6%左右，盡最大努力爭(zhēng)取更好結(jié)果，確鱃魚(yú)總量突破6萬(wàn)億元；城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)85萬(wàn)人；居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù)控制在103左右；地方一般公共預(yù)算收入、城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可配收入與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)基本同步；糧產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)定在715億斤以上。完成國(guó)家下達(dá)的節(jié)能減排和環(huán)境保護(hù)標(biāo)任務(wù)。黃強(qiáng)表示，實(shí)現(xiàn)今年預(yù)目標(biāo)，有許多重大機(jī)遇和有利條，同時(shí)挑戰(zhàn)和困難也不小。要堅(jiān)穩(wěn)字當(dāng)頭、穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)，突出抓主矛盾，綱舉目張做好工作。一是接用好宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策，以政策的度和工作的力度穩(wěn)預(yù)期、強(qiáng)信心二是充分釋放內(nèi)需潛力，把恢復(fù)擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)擺在優(yōu)先位置，通過(guò)政投資和政策激勵(lì)有效帶動(dòng)全社會(huì)資。三是堅(jiān)持依靠和做強(qiáng)實(shí)體經(jīng)，切實(shí)提升產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈韌性吉光全水平。四是以更大力度改革激活力，營(yíng)造國(guó)企敢干、民企敢闖外企敢投的良好營(yíng)商環(huán)境。五是極穩(wěn)妥防風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，守住安全底線(xiàn)、態(tài)紅線(xiàn)和耕地紅線(xiàn)，以新安全格保障新發(fā)展格局。黃強(qiáng)表示，要升內(nèi)需對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)拉動(dòng)作用。大促進(jìn)消費(fèi)復(fù)元活血，調(diào)整制約消過(guò)時(shí)政策，合理增加消費(fèi)信貸，城施策促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)企穩(wěn)回暖持續(xù)加大項(xiàng)目投資力度。著力推700個(gè)省重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，加大新增政府債券額度爭(zhēng)取，宵明好專(zhuān)項(xiàng)券作項(xiàng)目資本金政策。今年是換之年，此次政府工作報(bào)告還提出未來(lái)5年的發(fā)展目標(biāo)：到2027年，四川省經(jīng)濟(jì)總量超過(guò)8萬(wàn)億元、再上3個(gè)萬(wàn)億元臺(tái)階，高質(zhì)量發(fā)展明顯“進(jìn)位”；工業(yè)堤山率達(dá)到國(guó)平均水平；常住人口城鎮(zhèn)化率幅高于全國(guó)；糧食產(chǎn)量提高到730億斤以上。

"Now is the time to focus on cooperation to do business in China."According to the Ministry of Commerce, a large number of foreign companies have begun drawing up schedules for their executives to visit China to seek new business opportunities, after the country downgraded its COVID-19 management measures from Class A to Class B on Sunday.Yuval Ben Sadeh, chairman of the Israel Chamber of Commerce, said the Chinese economy has strong resilience and huge potential, and he is upbeat about the nation returning to normal life and work.Recalling China's international role in fighting the pandemic, he said it was great to see the country move from having a shortage of masks and equipment to supplying the rest of the world with medical materials and aid in a short period of time. China's actions also demonstrated the role it played in international solidarity to fight the virus.Ben Sadeh urged all countries to step up international cooperation to cope with the public health crisis.Lu Hai, director of public affairs at the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China, said the country's recent refining of its COVID-19 response policies will significantly promote interaction between China and other countries.China is the second largest trading partner of Mexico, and Mexico is China's second largest trading partner in Latin America. The policy adjustments will further promote economic and trade exchanges between the two sides, he said.In 2021, bilateral trade volume between China and Mexico reached a new high of .6 billion, a year-on-year increase of 41.9 percent, Xinhua News Agency reported.Lu said the optimization of the COVID-19 control measures will also promote recovery in other business sectors, such as tourism between China and Latin American countries.
