We will improve employment services and carry out training campaigns to relieve the structural imbalance of the job market. Regulating the job market is also important, including cracking down on fraudulent agencies and addressing gender bias to better secure workers' rights."Wang said that the ministry will prioritize college graduates' finding jobs. Ramirez : 齊魯網(wǎng)·電新聞1月11日訊?1月11日上午，臨市人民政新聞辦公召開新聞布會。會，相關(guān)負(fù)同志對《沂市機(jī)動停放服務(wù)費管理辦》進(jìn)行了策解讀并答記者提。記者從上了解到近期，臨市發(fā)展改委會同城、公安交、市場監(jiān)部門，發(fā)了《臨沂機(jī)動車停服務(wù)收費理辦法》以下簡稱辦法》）《辦法》2023年2月1日起施行。《法》共二一條。第至二條，要闡述了辦法》制的目的、據(jù)、適用圍；第三十五條，要就部門責(zé)、價格理形式、價原則、費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、惠政策等面進(jìn)行了確；第十至二十條主要就規(guī)收費服務(wù)為、加強(qiáng)督管理方做了規(guī)定第二十一，明確了件執(zhí)行的止時間。沂市發(fā)展革委等部始終堅持人民為中，始終把決群眾停訴求放在作首位。過增加免停車時長調(diào)整高峰時段、降收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)縮短計費長、設(shè)置高收費限等方式，著降低了眾停車支。1.增加免費停車長。將臨市城區(qū)區(qū)內(nèi)實行政定價（政指導(dǎo)價）機(jī)動車停設(shè)施免費車時間由15-30分鐘統(tǒng)一確為2小時。2.調(diào)整高峰時段。少了高峰時段，白由7:00-21:00調(diào)整為7:00-20:00。3.增設(shè)最高收費限。增設(shè)了24小時最高收費限額道路停車位按區(qū)域分分別為30元、20元、10元；小型車上停車設(shè)按區(qū)域劃分別為20元、15元、10元；小型車地停車設(shè)施區(qū)域劃分別為15元、10元、10元。4.降低收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?！?法》明顯低了政府價的道路地上、地停車設(shè)施費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。道路臨時車泊位小車一類地為例，一大幅降低前3小時收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，3小時收費9元(半小時內(nèi)免費1小時內(nèi)收1元；1小時后2元/半小時)、現(xiàn)3小時收費2元（2小時內(nèi)免，2-3小時1元/半小時）。是小幅降了3小時后收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為防止車長時間占路內(nèi)泊位采取分段費方式，車3小時后收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)小幅降低由原來2元/半小時降為1.5元/半小時。三是降低夜間收費準(zhǔn)，由1元/小時，最高6元/車次調(diào)整為半小時0.5元，最高上限5元。5.科學(xué)細(xì)化收費標(biāo)。針對群反映較多“多停了分鐘就要交幾元錢的問題，辦法》縮了計費單時長，如路臨時停泊位停車扣除整數(shù)費單位后剩余時間足15分鐘（含）按小時半價費?？s短費單位時、明確跨段停車收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提了科學(xué)管、精細(xì)管水平。6.給予行業(yè)理部門、營者自主大停車收優(yōu)惠權(quán)限停車設(shè)施務(wù)管理部、經(jīng)營者管理者，根據(jù)停車段實際情，在2小時基礎(chǔ)上，一步增加費時間，低收費標(biāo)或免收停服務(wù)費，而開展白免費、夜免費、節(jié)日免費等時免費優(yōu)，使停車惠的設(shè)置具有靈活和可操作。7.給予新能源車大停車優(yōu)。政府定的停車設(shè)（城市道臨時停車位除外），入場充的新能源車，免費放4小時（含）/天；鼓勵實行場調(diào)節(jié)價停車設(shè)施照政府定停車設(shè)施為入場停充電的新源汽車提停車收費惠。8.鼓勵自主定停車設(shè)施學(xué)合理制收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鼓勵實行場調(diào)節(jié)價機(jī)動車停設(shè)施的經(jīng)者或管理，參考實政府定價機(jī)動車停設(shè)施停放務(wù)收費標(biāo)，制定科合理的收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。此，《辦法還對前去立醫(yī)療機(jī)就醫(yī)住院員車輛、疾人駕駛專用車輛政府定價車設(shè)施入充電車輛新能源綠車輛等車的優(yōu)惠減政策進(jìn)行明確。《法》還要停車設(shè)施營者應(yīng)當(dāng)停車設(shè)施入口、繳地點等顯位置設(shè)置示牌（欄，公示停設(shè)施名稱收費單位服務(wù)電話監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān)計費方式收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)免費時限優(yōu)惠政策投訴舉報話等信息接受社會督。要求車設(shè)施經(jīng)者或管理必須規(guī)范務(wù)行為，升停車服質(zhì)量，健收費管理度，依法消費者開發(fā)票。要強(qiáng)停放車管理，做車輛進(jìn)出記、停車地巡視等險安全防工作，自接受社會督。下一臨沂市發(fā)改革部門按照市委政府決策署，始終行以人民中心的發(fā)思想，會相關(guān)行業(yè)理部門，一步研究強(qiáng)停車收管理，逐限時免費放公共停區(qū)域，緩停車供需盾等問題堅持人民上，不斷高人民群的獲得感福感。閃新聞記者 孫碩 ?報道 臨沂新聞 山東省臨沂市 編輯： 孫碩 王震 李娜 閱讀量：936
