        祝雪蘭在推介家里收的陳年老茶。 蔣雪林 攝中新網(wǎng)梧州1月26日電 題:廣西六堡茶非遺傳承人的“南夢”作者 林潔琪 蔣雪林“目前我堅持用統(tǒng)工藝制作六堡茶,時沒有出口的產(chǎn)品,在六堡茶的品牌已經(jīng)響,以后會按照出口外的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去生產(chǎn)六堡?!睆V西壯族自治區(qū)州市蒼梧縣六堡鎮(zhèn)山村黨支部書記、村委主任祝雪蘭近日在接中新網(wǎng)記者采訪時表,山坪村種植的六堡走向南洋的日子不會遠(yuǎn)。春節(jié)前夕,記者到山坪村探訪自治區(qū)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項目堡茶制作技藝代表性承人祝雪蘭。山坪村離梧州市市區(qū)80公里,從市區(qū)到山坪村駕需一個多小時。山坪位于“中國名茶之鄉(xiāng)六堡鎮(zhèn)西北部,是瑤聚居的山村,地處海600米以上的山區(qū),終日云霧繚繞,非常合種植茶葉。然而,坪村雖是六堡茶核心植區(qū)域,由于路不通因素,山坪村村民守“金飯碗”過著窮日。2008年,祝雪蘭當(dāng)選為山坪村黨支部記。15年來,祝雪蘭帶領(lǐng)村民修路種茶,2016年,山坪村成功脫貧。山坪村茶園。 蔣雪林 攝2018年5月,祝雪蘭注冊“祝雪蘭云霧六臺璽茶”品,有了技術(shù)和品牌支,山坪村的六堡茶產(chǎn)日益興旺,成熟茶園十年前的300畝擴大到如今的近3000畝,成立了5家茶葉合作社。擁有1500年歷史的六堡茶,具有“、濃、陳、醇”的特品質(zhì)。六堡茶與東南有著不解之緣。梧州茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù)中心主任梁威龍在接受中網(wǎng)記者采訪時介紹,朝末期,大批華工下洋謀生,卻不適應(yīng)當(dāng)潮濕悶熱的氣候,飲隨身攜帶的六堡茶后得以消暑祛濕,身體適癥狀消失,由此六茶得名“保命茶”。威龍稱,當(dāng)時,六堡經(jīng)水上交通要道梧州發(fā),沿著海上絲綢之,到達東南亞,乃至本、北美地區(qū),造就熙熙攘攘、舟楫往來“茶船古道”。后來于種種原因,六堡茶于沉寂。2022年11月,“中國傳統(tǒng)制茶技藝及其相關(guān)習(xí)俗”功列入聯(lián)合國教科文織人類非物質(zhì)文化遺代表作名錄,廣西六茶制作技藝在列。梁龍表示,六堡茶欲借機遇沿著“茶船古道加速“出?!保铀?拓東南亞市場。2016年起,六堡茶企業(yè)借助中國—東盟博覽會積極走出去“攬客”2017年,六堡茶在馬來西亞、泰國等7個國家舉行了“茶船古·新絲路”梧州六堡行銷全球活動。主動對外營銷讓六堡茶逐融入國際市場。2022年以來,梧州出口六堡茶達518.7萬元(人民幣,下同),其中出口東盟達471.2萬元。祝雪蘭表示,隨著自身的品牌在國知名度逐漸提高,她人也逐漸將目光投向外?!拔嘀莸牧げ?東南亞國家很受歡迎等到以后山坪村的六茶產(chǎn)量上去了,有了口的能力,我們還是將山坪村的六堡茶銷東南亞?!弊Q┨m說除了“走出去”主動銷,梧州市目前也在導(dǎo)企業(yè)根據(jù)不同的消目標(biāo)人群細(xì)分市場,確定位企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和目地市場,通過開設(shè)六茶旗艦店、連鎖店、營店,主攻“東盟市”。梁威龍表示,梧將積極探索制定面向盟的國際茶業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),究和建立完善生產(chǎn)、工、包裝、運輸、銷、出口及檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系,優(yōu)化六堡茶出口驗監(jiān)管模式,助力六茶打開更多的東盟國市場。祝雪蘭說:“將竭盡所能,帶領(lǐng)村不斷發(fā)展壯大六堡茶業(yè),助推六堡茶遠(yuǎn)銷盟及歐美?!?完) 編輯:張?
