本劇集是BBC2臺(tái)2000年正式推出的青年人為材和對(duì)象系列情景劇，創(chuàng)意編劇均由StevenMoffat一人擔(dān)當(dāng)。三男三的主要人構(gòu)成很容使人聯(lián)想當(dāng)時(shí)正走（其實(shí)已在走下坡）的《Friends》，因此有不少根沒(méi)看過(guò)本的媒體人和評(píng)論家當(dāng)然地將劇稱作英版的《Friends》，而在些有幸欣過(guò)本劇的眾們看來(lái)《Coupling》在情節(jié)設(shè)、人物表、喜劇元的設(shè)計(jì)和現(xiàn)等諸多面所達(dá)到水平，要《Friends》高幾個(gè)檔次相比之下《Friends》只能說(shuō)是一“業(yè)余”平的好作而已。當(dāng)總體來(lái)說(shuō)英劇的水本身就高美劇，這英劇注意持創(chuàng)意、劇一體化分不開(kāi)的美劇的創(chuàng)一般也就最初幾集劇，以后要的編劇作都是由它編劇根最初的角設(shè)定來(lái)自發(fā)揮，編隊(duì)伍的構(gòu)也是不斷化，老的新的來(lái)，成美劇情連貫性差至前后矛，故事往缺乏深度人物性格面化，缺發(fā)展。這是題外話?！禖oupling》的主要物包括優(yōu)寡斷、性不成熟的哥Steve，Steve的莫逆之交、舉語(yǔ)言古怪總也找不女友的Jeff，頭腦簡(jiǎn)單、外性感的“donkey”P(pán)atrick三位對(duì)Porn、特別是lesbianporn非常熱中男士，以Steve的前女友神神叨叨擅用性感武器的Jane，Steve的繼任女友、Jeff的同事、曾經(jīng)?！安涣b（包括和Jeff還有Patrick）過(guò)的Susan，Susan的莫逆、對(duì)衰老和胖極度敏的美容師Sally三位女士。第一集中Steve決定“再”和女友Jane分手，結(jié)果卻Jane三言兩語(yǔ)引到洗手間熱；Patrick想把和Susan的關(guān)系再進(jìn)一步卻被告知本不存在么“關(guān)系；Susan在洗手間碰到匆忙來(lái)買(mǎi)Durex的Steve，向他表示好，兩人訂約會(huì)以后Steve鉆進(jìn)隔間繼……。本的主線包Steve和Susan之間逐漸正式起來(lái)關(guān)系，Jeff尋找艷遇過(guò)程中種種意外及后來(lái)和司發(fā)展出的一段關(guān)，Patrick和Sally之間若有若到若即若再到情深舍的感情展，還有Jane在事業(yè)和異性系中的各奇事，等。本劇在節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)中達(dá)到的精和完美程讓人嘆為止，而六當(dāng)時(shí)并不大明星的年演員的展現(xiàn)精湛技更是具頂尖演員水平，無(wú)乎播出之立刻走紅洋兩岸，IMDB、AMAZON和BBC網(wǎng)站可以略到其受迎的程度2002年底，第3季播畢，故情節(jié)基本一段落。國(guó)NBC看到這部“國(guó)版《Friends》”在英兩地均廣歡迎，覺(jué)正好可以來(lái)做2004年終于要關(guān)張的《Friends》的接班人，于是2003年大張旗鼓地定翻拍美《Coupling》。美國(guó)的fans本來(lái)以為這是好事，沒(méi)到NBC的翻拍愚蠢采用了全詞照搬的法，雖然人沒(méi)看過(guò)不過(guò)也可想象到有惡心，結(jié)只播出一Pilot就因?yàn)榱R太大而整計(jì)劃擱淺這點(diǎn)上美佬是值得習(xí)的，不中國(guó)有些影視的罵越大越要）。在這http://www.nbc.com/Coupling/可以看到這個(gè)劃的尸體還有一些底走了味的劇照。2003年底，本劇獲英國(guó)喜劇（BCA）最佳電視劇獎(jiǎng)。BBC已經(jīng)在2004年正式開(kāi)拍并出第4季，不過(guò)Jeff這個(gè)人物將不再出，而代之新角色—經(jīng)營(yíng)Sci-Fi書(shū)店的Oliver，由RichardMylan扮演。從已經(jīng)播出幾集來(lái)看應(yīng)該說(shuō)在換主要角之一的背下，基本持了前3季的水準(zhǔn)，是同時(shí)也露出對(duì)前3季中成功節(jié)進(jìn)行拷的跡象，望這僅僅偶然。Two’scompany,three’sacrowd...sowhatdoyoudowithsix?Onaverage,menandwomenthinkaboutsexeverysixseconds.Shortenthattoeverysecond,andyou’vegotCoupling.It’smorethanjustaonenightstand!Whenacouplegetstogether,it’sneverjustthetwoofthem-theyalsobringbaggage-andSusan(SarahAlexander)andSteve(JackDavenport)arenoexception.Theirbaggageisacrowdofbestfriendsandexeswhotalkaboutallaspectsofsexandrelationshipsontheirnever-endingquesttofindtruelove.Perhaps,perhaps,perhaps...SusanWalkerisabeautifulgo-getterwithanuninhibitedattitudewhousedtodatePatrickMaitland(BenMiles),thesextet’scharismatic,cockyplayer,London’skingofconquests-aguywho’sjusttoocooltoworryaboutbeingsmart.AttractiveSallyHarper(KateIsitt)isabeautytherapistwhoisSusan’sunashamedlyvainbestfriend,whoaggressivelybattlesagingwithheavydosesofmoisturizerandmen-includingPatrick.Meanwhile,SteveTaylor,whilegettingtogetherwithSusan,can’tseemtoshakeloosefromhisvivaciousandslightlyvacuousex-girlfriendJaneChristie(GinaBellman),awomansupremelyconfidentinherabilitytoseduceanyoneofeithersex,andwhorefusestobedumpedunlessshe’stheonedoingthedumping.JeffMurdoch(RichardCoyle)isSteve’s"pornbuddy"whois,inequalparts,obsessedandbewilderedbyactualsex;charminginhisway,butwithanuncannyabilitytosaythewrongthingattheworstpossibletime.HeworksinthesameofficeasSusan,withwhomhehadadisastrousandunsuccessfulone-nightfling.CouplinghasbeenhonouredwiththeprestigiousSilverRoseofMontreux,BestTVComedyAward,andisrecentwinneratthe2003BritishComedyAwards.Withanewguyonthescene,ababyontheway,commitmentintheair,andloveonthehorizon,thedynamicsofthesixfriendsaredefinitelychanging.AttheendoflastseasonSusanandStevediscoveredtheywerepregnant(well,mostlySusan),confirmedbachelorPatrickandSallyfinallyadmittedtheirtruefeelingsforeachother,andpoorJanewasleftonherown,onceagain.Butit’snotalldoomandgloomforJane.Asthenewseasonopens,thingsarelookingup.There’sthisguycalledOliver,whohashiseyeonher.IsitpossiblethatlifetimeloserinloveOlivermightjustgetsomewherewithlifetimeloserinloveJane?Troubleis,hisapartmentisalittle"un-edited"andhislivingroomhaslostthebattlewithmagazinenudity...SusanandStevearenowwellandtrulyanitem.Sowhyishedreamingaboutbeingexecutedbyafetuswithanaxe?MeanwhileSallyandPatrickaresettlingintotheirnewrelationship.Butsincethedawnoftime,menandwomenhavebeenfallinginlove-andmenhavebeentryingtogethomestraightafterwards.CanfallenplayboyPatrickeverfindhiswaybackfromtheenchantedgladeofhisonetrueloveandgetadecentnight’ssleep?
